We service all areas on the Central Coast to and including Newcastle & Hornsby
How long does it normally take?
This depends on the condition of the oven however, most services usually take 2-2.5 hours
What chemicals do you use?
We use Eco-Friendly non-toxic, non-harmful cleaning products that are safe for you, your family and your pets.
What is the process?
There is a stain between the glass door or something has dripped in between the glass door. Do you clean those?
Of course, we take the door off the oven, dismantle it and clean it in our workspace outside.
How much notice do you need?
We usually book out 1-2 weeks in advance, please give us a call or send us a message for our current availability.
What are the payment options?
We accept payment on the day of the service by cash or card. We also accept Afterpay
Can I pay by invoice or bank deposit?
Unfortunately we dont offer payment by bank deposit or invoice. All services must be paid for at the time they are completed.
Is there a surcharge on a credit card?
No, we do not charge extra for paying by card.
Do you have any spare parts with you or do you do any sort of repair or maintenance?
We have an excellent relationship with our suppliers therefore we are able to supply most spare parts for ovens. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to install electrical items into ovens. For this you will need an electrician.
Do you replace oven lights?
Yes we can replace oven lights please provide us with the model number at the time of booking so we can bring the correct light along.
Do you replace oven door seal?
Yes we can, please provide us with the model number of the oven at the time of booking and we will provide you with a quote to replace the seal.
